A fire and rescue services truck rushing to the scene where three workers have been seriously injured in a work site mishap at the Bandar Malaysia South MRT site. â" Bernama videocaptureKUALA LUMPUR, Oct 10 â" Three workers were seriously injured in a work site mishap while carrying out housekeeping work at the Bandar Malaysia South MRT site at around 5pm today, MMC Gamuda KVMRT said.
The c ompany in a statement here said the victims were seeking treatment at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) while the Fire and Rescue Department and police have been informed about the mishap but the victims are in stable condition.
It added the cause of the accident was not known as yet, since investigations were being carried out.
âThe workers seeking treatment at HKL are reported to be in stable condition. More information will be made available to the media upon completion of the investigation,â the statement said.

Quoting the Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department, Bernama had earlier reported that two of the workers had lost their legs in the accident while the other suffered injuries to his arms and leg s.
