In a statement, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) stressed that the move to block any websites was done according to the laws of the country.
Citing examples, MCMC said websites containing pornographic material or harmful content will be blocked based on reports received by the public.
"All this is done for public harmony.
"However, blocked sites can be reviewed and if the reason or criteria of blocking such sites are no longer relevant, in line with current times, the block will be lifted," MCMC added.
On the live.undi.info website, MCMC explained that it received reports from the public that the information displayed on the site was not quite accu rate.
After reviewing the content, the website is now no longer blocked as the criteria used to block it before is no longer relevant presently.204 readsSource: Google News
