No public holiday for Sarawak on May 10 and 11
KUCHING: Sarawak will observe public holidays next Thursday and Friday instead of today (May 10) and tomorrow (May 11).
The Chief Minister's Office said the state government has decided to declare additional public holidays throughout Sarawak on May 17 and 18.
"As such, the public is advised that May 10 and 11 are normal working days," it said in a statement on Thursday (May 10).
No reason was given for declaring the holidays next week.
This comes after Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa declared May 10 and 11 as public holidays.Related NewsSource: Google News
